Unlike old landlines, VoIP relies on the internet. However, we build in Automatic Failover. If your office internet cuts out, our cloud system detects the outage instantly and automatically reroutes all incoming calls to your cell phone or a secondary location. Your customers will never get a busy signal, even if your building has no power.

Yes. We use a federally regulated process called "Local Number Portability" (LNP) to bring your existing numbers with you. You own your number, not the phone company. We handle the paperwork with your old carrier (AT&T, Suddenlink, etc.) so you don't have to deal with their retention departments.

It is actually better. We use HD Voice (Wideband Audio) codecs that capture twice the audio spectrum of a traditional analog landline. However, quality depends on your network. As part of our installation, we implement "QoS" (Quality of Service) rules on your router to prioritize voice traffic over YouTube or Netflix, ensuring crystal-clear calls even when the office is busy.

We know faxing is still critical for legal and medical industries. We offer eFax solutions (sending/receiving faxes via email) which are secure and paperless. If you absolutely need to keep a physical fax machine, we can install an ATA adapter to bridge your old machine to the new digital network.
