Our solutions often integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Google, Cloudflare, etc.). Monadic LLC is not responsible for the performance, uptime, or data policies of these external entities.

5. Limitation on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monadic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of this website or our digital assets.
