Technology fails. We fix it. From crashed hard drives to broken screens, we provide fast, professional diagnostic and repair services to get your business back online.
Every hour your computer is in the shop is an hour of lost revenue. You don't need a "guess"; you need a solution. We specialize in diagnosing root-cause hardware and software issues quickly, minimizing your downtime so you can stop panicking and start working.
Whether it’s a cracked laptop screen, a swollen battery, or a desktop that won't turn on, our certified technicians can repair or replace failing components to extend the life of your equipment.
Accidental deletion? Corrupted drive? Stop using the device immediately and call us. We use advanced forensic tools to attempt recovery of your critical documents, photos, and databases.
Computer acting slow or behaving strangely? We perform deep-clean system scrubs to remove malware, bloatware, and viruses that compromise your security and speed.
Intake & Assessment
When you bring your device to us (or we pick it up), we document the physical condition and your specific description of the problem. We treat your data with strict confidentiality from the moment it enters our custody.
Root Cause Analysis
We don't guess. We boot into a specialized diagnostic environment to stress-test RAM, check hard drive health (S.M.A.R.T. status), and analyze thermal performance to pinpoint the exact failure point.
Transparent Quoting
We call you before we fix it. We explain the issue in plain English and provide a firm quote. If the repair costs more than the machine is worth, we will honestly advise you to replace it rather than fix it.
Stress Testing
We don't just swap the part and hope. After the repair, we run a 24-hour stability test to ensure the issue is permanently resolved. We clean the internal cooling fans and sanitize the exterior before returning it to you.
We operate an ESD-Safe (Electrostatic Discharge) workspace to ensure static electricity doesn't damage your sensitive components during repair. For data recovery, we utilize forensic-level software tools (such as R-Studio and ddrescue) to clone failing drives without causing further data loss. If a drive has suffered a mechanical failure (clicking sounds), we partner with certified Clean Room laboratories for advanced physical recovery.
Taking your computer to a big-box store feels risky. At Monadic, we treat your device with enterprise-level privacy standards. Your data is strictly confidential, your drive is never accessed without permission, and we are transparent about every cost before we pick up a screwdriver.
This is the most common question we get. Our general rule is the "50% Rule": If the repair costs more than 50% of the price of a new, comparable machine, or if the computer is older than 5-6 years, we usually recommend replacement. We will always give you an honest assessment—we would rather sell you a new laptop setup that lasts 5 years than charge you for a repair that only lasts 5 months
Turn it off immediately. A clicking sound indicates a mechanical failure of the read/write heads. Every second it spins, it is scratching the platters and permanently destroying your data. Do not try to put it in the freezer (an old myth). Bring it to us immediately for a professional evaluation.
For software issues (virus removal, OS re-installation), our turnaround is typically 24-48 hours. For hardware repairs (screen replacements, battery swaps), it depends on part availability. We stock common parts, but if we need to order a specific component for your model, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
Data preservation is our priority. Unless the hard drive itself is the component that failed, we perform a backup of your critical documents and pictures before we begin major work. If we need to reinstall Windows, we will migrate your user data back onto the clean installation so you don't lose your files.
Slowness is usually caused by one of three things: a failing Hard Drive (HDD), insufficient RAM, or a "bloated" operating system full of unnecessary software. In many cases, upgrading your old spinning HDD to a modern Solid State Drive (SSD) costs less than $150 and makes a 5-year-old computer feel faster than a brand new one.
